Customer journey mapping melds data with humanity to create better UX that is grounded in data while treating users as real people with a history. In this hands-on session, we'll learn the fundamentals of building a customer journey map. We'll leverage data to build our maps, creating a defensible map of user engagements before, during, and after their visit to a site. We'll also review the fundamentals of empathy-driven design.
