Cara Guappone
Cara believes in creating clear, delightful, focused designs. At Genuine she merges business discovery findings, user research and content assessment results with creative solutions and best practices to develop a broad range of documentation defining the end-user facing solution. With an academic background in Human Factors and expertise in usability testing and design, she approaches her work with a balance of research, design, and practical theory.
Cara has developed user experience solutions for Mass General, Hood, Sullivan Tire, Baxter, Celebrity Cruises, and Facebook. Prior to Genuine, she was an Experience Designer at Tank Design in Cambridge, MA where she helped build strategy, IA, and UX solutions for clients such as FedEx, Citizens Bank, Symantec, and MIT. Cara has a BS in Engineering Psychology and Theater from Tufts University, and in her spare time runs a fringe theater company in the Boston area.
