With a background in technical project management, agency project delivery, and a Certified ScrumMaster^®, Margo is focused on strategic planning and execution for the Bolt Design System at Pegasystems. Margo is also an adjunct faculty member at Rochester Institute of Technology, developing courses for agile certifications in the School of Individualized Study. 

Prior to working at Pegasystems, Margo led Drupal and frontend development teams in architecting and building complex Drupal sites with agile methodologies for the last 6 years at Genuine (an IPG digital agency), and previously worked as a CMS architecture and systems manager for PUMA. Her goal is efficiency in delivery of a well architected site, ensuring transparency for stakeholders, and empowering her team to make great code.
